RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Chenda Store, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our traditional percussion instruments. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
1.Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or negligence
2.Accessories like sticks, tuning tools, and covers once used
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
1. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Include unboxing video, clear photos and a description of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or refund after assessing the case.
